Zone4 Global is an unofficial, fan-operated community server. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the original developers or publishers of Zone4.
Instant access means early access. The game is still under active testing and development. Not every feature is finished, some systems are switched off, and things will break.
Your progress is wiped when open beta opens. Every character, item and level you build during Instant Access is cleared on 1 November, so that everyone arriving on day one starts on the same line. We are telling you this before you pay, not after.
What you keep is permanent: a Premium title on your account, a starting bonus to put you back on your feet, and the perks listed above. You are not buying a head start that gets taken away. You are buying the months before it, and a mark that stays on your account once it counts.
You are paying to play early and to help keep the server running, not for a finished game. If that is not what you want, take the free account instead and wait for open beta. It costs nothing and the game will still be here.
All sales are final. By continuing you are asking for your access to be delivered immediately, and you accept that this ends any right to withdraw or cancel. We do not give refunds, including if you stop playing, if your account is suspended for breaking the rules, or if the server closes at a later date.
